Breakfast at the hotel only opened at 8 am. And it was only 6:30 am. Strolling outside the hotel, we saw a street food hawker and went over to see what he was selling. He said he would leave when all his food ware sold and they were usually gone by mid morning. We watched him made the pork dumplings and steamed them. And he had the soya bean milk on the burner as well. So the food were made at the stall itself. That was so fresh. We only bought one dim sum basket of 10 little steamed pork dumplings for 4 yuan and 1 cup of soya bean milk for 1 yuan, just to try them, as we would be having breakfast at the hotel. The pork dumplings and soya milk were good!
